Agreement
By attending a SoberMatch event, you agree to the following terms.
Attendance
Participants must be aged 18 or over, registered attendees where required, and respectful of other attendees.
Personal Responsibility
Attendees participate at their own risk. You are responsible for your personal belongings, your own conduct, and following venue rules and safety instructions.
Behaviour Standards
SoberMatch reserves the right to remove attendees who harass others, cause disruption, display threatening behaviour, or breach Community Guidelines. No refunds will be issued where removal is due to misconduct.
Photography & Media
Event photography or video may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. Where practical, attendees will be informed beforehand. If you do not wish to appear in media content, please notify event organisers.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoberMatch is not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, or disputes arising from attendance at events. Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
